Key Responsibilities

1. D2C Business & E-commerce

  • Own P&L for D2C website (Shopify) and ensure revenue growth.
  • Oversee website experience, cataloguing, and conversion funnel.
  • Align catalogue content across the Pegasus website.


2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage paid ads (Google, Meta) through the performance marketer; ensure ROI targets are met.
  • Build and execute social media content calendar (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Ensure digital storytelling aligns with our “Childhood Unplugged” narrative.
  • Create integrated campaigns (content + ads + workshops).


3. Community Engagement & Workshops

  • Lead Pegasus Society workshops and parent engagement programmes.
  • Build scalable formats (monthly/quarterly) for housing societies, schools, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Integrate workshops with digital campaigns to convert participants into brand advocates and buyers.
  • Own brand activations at trade fairs, schools, and events.


4. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead a cross-functional team: performance marketer, Shopify expert, social/content executive, designer, video producer, and event/workshop manager.
  • Mentor and align the team towards shared KPIs.
  • Collaborate with editorial/product, sales, and operations to ensure smooth execution.


This is a full-time on-site role as a D2C & Community Engagement Head located in Noida. The role involves Business Planning, Analytical Skills, Sales, Account Management, and Business Development as key responsibilities.


Key Skills & Competencies


  • Strong understanding of D2C business models (Shopify, Amazon, CRM, catalogues).
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
  • Exposure to brand activations, workshops, or community building.
  • Commercial mindset with P&L responsibility experience.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to balance short-term revenue growth with long-term brand building.


Experience Required


  • 8–12 years of experience in D2C, consumer brands, lifestyle, publishing, or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce revenue and running integrated campaigns.
  • Prior experience in community/brand engagement preferred.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
