Cybersecurity Program Manager

Role Overview: As a Cybersecurity GTM Product Manager, your main responsibility will be to create bundled cybersecurity talent solutions across different levels and map them to real industry job roles. You will lead the product discovery process and design roadmaps based on client needs and market whitespace. Additionally, you will define GTM narratives, pricing strategies, and sales playbooks. Working closely with sales and business leaders, you will co-create pitches and close high-value enterprise deals. Moreover, you will engage with clients, particularly CISOs, L&D heads, and delivery leaders, to diagnose challenges and propose talent progression roadmaps. Your role will also involve aligning various teams towards unified offerings and maintaining solution templates, case studies, and engagement toolkits.
