Job Description

The role involves project planning and execution in the field of cybersecurity and data analytics. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing project roadmaps, defining project scope, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will manage budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline tracking for multiple projects while ensuring collaboration with cybersecurity engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to meet project milestones. In terms of cybersecurity and analytics program management, you will lead cyber risk assessment and threat intelligence projects, oversee the implementation of AI/ML-driven security analytics and automation tools, and ensure the integration of cyber analytics platforms, SIEM, and threat detection systems. Alignment of projects with cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI-DSS will also be a key responsibility. Stakeholder management and communication play a crucial role in this position. You will collaborate with C-level executives, IT leaders, and cybersecurity teams to align projects with business objectives, facilitate clear communication between technical teams, vendors, and external partners, and prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries on project status and risk factors. Risk management and compliance are essential aspects of the role, requiring you to identify and mitigate cybersecurity project risks, ensure adherence to governance frameworks, comply with cybersecurity regulations, privacy laws, and industry best practices, as well as implement security policies and controls within technology project workflows. Moreover, you will lead Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage cybersecurity and analytics projects, integrate DevSecOps principles for secure development and deployment of cyber solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, security innovation, and automation. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in technology project management within cybersecurity or data analytics. A strong understanding of cyber threat intelligence, risk management, AI-driven security analytics, cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls) is required. Hands-on experience managing SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence tools will also be beneficial. Preferred certifications for this role include Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and SAFe Agile.,
