Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Junior Analyst (Intern) with strong foundational knowledge in Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), SOC operations, NOC monitoring, and Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP). This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience while working closely with experienced cybersecurity professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) across applications, networks, and cloud environments.
• Monitor and analyze alerts, logs, and security events in SOC and NOC environments.
• Support the team in handling security incidents, triage, and investigation.
• Help perform cloud security assessments on AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security controls and processes.
• Participate in security audits, compliance reviews, and threat analysis activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of:
• VAPT tools and methodologies
• SOC/NOC operations
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with SIEM tools and basic incident response concepts.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Relevant certifications (CEH, Security+, AZ-900, etc.) are a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and threat detection.
• Exposure to scripting or automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is an advantage.
• Understanding of security best practices and frameworks.
