Cyber Security SOC Instructor | Remote

Job Summary:

SOC Trainer Specialised in Azure Sentinel Tool

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills and be capable of delivering high-quality cybersecurity training sessions. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical sessions on SOC operations, SIEM, EDR, Malware Analysis, and Threat Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live and interactive training sessions focused on SOC (Security Operations Center) processes and tools.
• Teach key cybersecurity concepts, including:

• SIEM tools

  (e.g., Splunk, Qradar, etc.)

• Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)

• Malware analysis and reverse engineering basics

• Threat Intelligence and Incident Response

• Develop and present real-time use cases, scenarios, and project-based learning.
• Take full ownership of the training module delivery, ensuring participant engagement and learning outcomes.
• Provide hands-on lab exercises and guidance for tools and simulations.
• Address learner queries and support their technical understanding.
• Collaborate with the content team to update and enhance training materials as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years

  of working experience in a SOC environment or cybersecurity operations.
• Strong practical knowledge in

  SIEM, EDR, Threat Intelligence, and Malware Analysis

  .
• Prior experience in

  training, mentoring, or public speaking

  is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and guiding students in launching cybersecurity careers.
• Flexibility to conduct sessions during evenings or weekends (online).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications like

  or Splunk/SIEM certifications

• Experience working with tools like

  Splunk, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Wireshark

  .
• Familiarity with

  incident detection, triage, investigation, and reporting processes
