Job Summary:

Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  outbound calls

  to prospective students who have expressed interest in our programs.
• Clearly communicate program benefits, structure, fees, and career outcomes.

• Follow up regularly

  with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email until conversion.
• Understand student needs and provide accurate career guidance and support.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
• Achieve

  monthly enrollment targets

  and conversion goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in counseling, telesales, or customer service roles (education domain preferred).
• Excellent

  communication skills

  in English and Hindi (or regional languages, as needed).
• Strong

  follow-up

  and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet conversion targets.
• Proficiency in using

  CRM tools

  and email platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in an ed-tech or training institute is a plus.
