About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cybersecurity SOC (Security Operations Center) Trainer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate is a real-time working professional with hands-on expertise in SOC environments, who is enthusiastic about mentoring and training aspiring cybersecurity professionals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver online training sessions focused on SOC operations, SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk), SOAR, and EDR solutions. Design and develop course materials, real-time use cases, and lab exercises that reflect current industry practices. Conduct mock interviews and assist with resume building for learners. Provide hands-on guidance in tools used in real-world SOC environments. Assess and evaluate the progress of trainees, providing constructive feedback. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and tools. Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of real-time experience in a SOC or cybersecurity role. Strong knowledge of SIEM tools (preferably Splunk), SOAR, EDR , and incident response. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus. Ability to take online evening or weekend classes as per schedule. Nice to Have: Experience in threat intelligence and blue team operations.
