Job Description

Job Description: As the Security Operations Lead (SOL) at Lenovo, you will be the primary point of contact for overseeing the delivery of security services by multiple partners to the customer. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that contractual security obligations are met, managing the security compliance of Lenovo managed infrastructure, and providing oversight of all Managed Security Services (MSS) delivered by other vendors/partners. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Providing the Customer a single point of contact for security matters related to Lenovo Managed Services - Working closely with the Customers senior Security and Compliance leadership - Understanding customers contractual Security and Compliance & Regulatory Requirements - Leading Security Innovation with the customer - Monitoring applicable standards for impact on the client - Ensuring technology and data resources within the scope of the Agreement are secure - Maintaining a complete and current understanding of the required security delivery as defined in the contract - Establishing and maintaining a Security Risk Register to identify, monitor, and communicate inherent, emerging, and realized risks - Managing, investigating, and resolving complex issues with the Security tooling - Providing recommendations to the customer team on how to mitigate or avert the occurrence of any suspicious activity within their environment Qualification Required: To be eligible for this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience: - Bachelors degree in engineering (Electronics, Communication, Computer Science) - 15 - 18 years of relevant experience in Security Operations - Strong understanding of ITIL process - Recognized Cyber Security certifications, such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, SANS, SABSA, OSCP are required - Microsoft Security and compliance certifications such as SC-200, MS-500, and AZ-500 are preferred Kindly note that additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.,
