Cyber Security Lead

As a Cyber Security professional, your primary role will involve identifying, assessing, and prioritizing cybersecurity risks. You will be responsible for developing risk mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution of identified risks. It will be crucial for you to define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to assess the effectiveness of the cybersecurity controls in place. Key Responsibilities: - Develop security policies and processes in alignment with industry standards and regulatory guidelines such as ISO 27001, BCAS, Data Privacy regulations, etc. - Assist IT and business units in implementing the security policies and processes effectively. - Develop and manage security incident response plans, collaborating with the cybersecurity team to analyze and respond to security events promptly. - Assist in forensic investigations in case of security breaches affecting IT/OT infrastructure. - Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate cybersecurity measures across all functions. - Manage relationships with external vendors and cybersecurity service providers. - Provide training and guidance to employees to enhance cybersecurity awareness. - Stay updated with emerging threats and trends in IT/OT security. - Evaluate new security technologies and recommend improvements for existing systems. Qualifications: - Educational Qualification: Degree or equivalent in IT or a similar discipline from an institute recognized by UGC / AICTE. - Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc. - Work Experience: 12 - 18 years with at least 5 years in Cyber Security. In this role, your expertise in Cyber Security will play a vital role in safeguarding the organization's digital assets and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your proactive approach in identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks will contribute significantly to the overall security posture of the organization.,
