Cyber Security Instructor

We are looking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive cybersecurity training programs for our students. Your expertise will play a crucial role in equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to protect systems, data, and networks from cyber threats. Responsibilities: - Develop and customize cybersecurity training programs and materials to address the needs of students. - Conduct engaging training sessions on a wide range of cybersecurity topics, including bug hunting, red teaming, threat detection, attack surface management, vulnerability assessment and more - Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques to ensure training content is current and relevant. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify specific training requirements and tailor content accordingly. - Provide guidance on security policies, procedures, and protocols, ensuring compliance across the organization and student body. - Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and simulations, and make adjustments as needed. - Assist in developing cybersecurity awareness campaigns to foster a culture of security awareness among all participants. - Offer support to employees and students seeking clarification on cybersecurity concepts or facing security-related challenges. - Mentor and guide students interested in pursuing a career in cybersecurity, providing insights into industry trends and career paths. **Qualifications:** - Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). - Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on both professional training and student education. - Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry best practices. - Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly. - Experience in curriculum development, training delivery, and adult learning methodologies. - Familiarity with various cybersecurity tools, software, and frameworks. - Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a passion for staying updated in the dynamic field of cybersecurity.
