Role Overview: As a Cybersecurity Analyst Cum Trainer at Techbyheart Academy, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level training on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and practices to students. You will design and conduct lectures, hands-on labs, and assessments to equip learners with the necessary skills to excel in the cybersecurity field. You should bring a combination of technical expertise, a passion for teaching, and the ability to develop and present engaging educational content. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on cybersecurity topics such as threat analysis, network security, risk management, and incident response. - Create and update training materials, including presentations, practical exercises, and assessments for effective learning. - Utilize modern teaching techniques and web-based platforms to ensure engagement and effective learning. - Assess the effectiveness of each training session, gather feedback, and refine the learning process for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to review and update company cybersecurity policies, and conduct regular cybersecurity awareness sessions. - Prepare and maintain technical guidelines, manuals, and training documentation in simple language for easy understanding. Qualification Required: - Education: Any degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. - Certifications: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) qualification is mandatory. - Experience: 1-2 years of experience in cybersecurity training or related IT training roles. - Technical Skills: Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices, including network security, malware analysis, and threat detection. - Course Design: Experience in designing technical training content and assessments. - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly. - Learning Platforms: Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and digital training tools.
