Job Title: Cyber ISMS Assistant Manager

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISMS
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop risk treatment plans
• Support the creation and maintenance of information security policies, procedures, and documentation
• Conduct security awareness training for employees and ensure compliance with information security policies
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ISMS controls and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual information security requirements
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to information security
• Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant technological developments
• Act as a point of contact for information security queries within the organization
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in information security management, risk management, or related fields
• Understanding of ISMS principles and ISO 27001 standards
• Familiarity with other relevant security frameworks and standards (NIST, GDPR, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP, CISM, etc.)
• Experience with security assessment tools and technologies
• Hands-on experience in managing security incidents and breaches
