Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for working in the Learning & Development (L&D) domain as a consultant or senior instructional designer. Your role will involve collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to develop engaging learning solutions. You will also be required to design and develop learning solutions in various modalities, such as classroom, virtual, job aids, and videos. Additionally, you will need to conduct stakeholder conversations to ensure that learning objectives are aligned with client needs and implement effective training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct stakeholder conversations to understand client context, audience profile, and ensure alignment of learning objectives with training solutions - Design and develop learning solutions in multiple modalities - Analyze key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and support leadership teams in post-implementation evaluations - Collaborate with global stakeholder teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop training content - Manage learning curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles - Collaborate with a global team to develop learner engagement strategies and process improvement initiatives - Facilitate training programs or training the trainer sessions as necessary Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree preferably with a technical background - Experience in developing technical training for systems, products, processes - Experience in developing sales-focused training for sales representatives, account managers, business development managers - Awareness/knowledge of marketing campaigns to support stakeholders - Basic awareness of automation industry and products such as DCS, PLC, Building controls, HVAC, 3D Modelling - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to understand customer needs, handle objections, influence, and offer effective solutions About the Company: Honeywell helps organizations solve complex challenges in automation, aviation, and energy transition.
