Job Description

Experience:

3.5+ years post-MBA in

Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Market & Competitive Analysis, or Business Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

Develop in-depth
analysis and insights
for
C-suite discussions
, supporting high-impact decision-making.
Conduct
360-degree diagnosis
of client challenges, market conditions, and stakeholder expectations to
identify top value creation opportunities
.
Strengthen
executive engagement
through
proactive, trust-based relationships
, articulating a compelling value proposition.
Perform
industry trend analysis, financial benchmarking, and competitive strategy assessments
to provide actionable recommendations.
Prepare and present
high-quality workshop decks, valuation models, and strategy presentations
for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with
global client teams
to identify opportunities for breakthrough growth and value realization.
Skills & Expertise:
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to analyze business challenges and design
high-impact strategies
.
Business & Financial Acumen:
Strong grasp of
financial data, valuation models, and market analysis
.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to
deconstruct complex business problems
and provide structured, data-driven solutions.
Communication & Presentation:
Strong writing and speaking skills to develop
thought leadership, workshop presentations, and stakeholder reports
.
Database Management:
Familiarity with
MS Access
and other data tools for market and financial analysis.
Cross-Cultural Competence:
Ability to
thrive in dynamic, global consulting environments
and work with diverse teams.
Education & Qualification:
MBA from a Tier-1 institute
3.5+ years of post-MBA experience
in strategy consulting, business transformation, or corporate strategy.
