Job Description

Role Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to international clients. Handle incoming technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues for customers. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues. Document all customer interactions in the support system accurately. Guide customers through the usage of services and products. Actively listen to customer concerns and respond effectively. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve more complex issues. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through quality service. Participate in training and development to enhance skills. Support team objectives and contribute positively to the work environment. Provide product knowledge and troubleshooting support to customers. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement. Follow company policies and procedures strictly. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of computer systems and networking. Experience with customer support software or ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others. Prior experience in an international support environment is a plus. Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Commitment to continuous learning and development.
