Customer Support Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the customer support team
  • Monitor daily operations, performance, and productivity
  • Handle escalated customer complaints with timely resolution
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
  • Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Tech teams
  • Identify training needs and drive continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum

    5 years of relevant experience

    in Customer Support
  • 3 years of experience

    in a Team Leader/Lead role
  • Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office
  • Ability to meet SLAs and performance targets
