Job Description

Position: Customer Support Specialist Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite) Shift: US Shift (Rotational) Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 5 working days Key Responsibilities: Need 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support Analyst. Need experience in installing and configuring computer systems and applications. Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges. Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks and hardware problems. Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions. Maintain a working log detailing, all required system updates and the completion date. Experience in working with any ticketing system. Additional responsibilities based on the position. Qualifications & Skills: 2+ years of experience in Customer Support. Strong Problem-Solving skills. Education background in IT. Strong Troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of the Ticketing system. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
