Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at Nursa, you play a crucial role in providing assistance to registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants using the platform. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with users through various inbound communication channels such as chat, phone, and email. By addressing basic technical and process-related queries about the Nursa app, you will support both facilities and clinicians effectively. Your adaptability to a fast-paced environment and your commitment to delivering a high level of customer support are essential for this role. It is expected that you enhance the user experience by resolving issues promptly and leaving each user in a better position than before. Your dedication to providing first-class patient care aligns with Nursa's core values. Located in Utah and able to work from our office in Murray, you will welcome and educate new users, verify user information, and address any shift discrepancies. Troubleshooting app functionality and maintaining outbound communications are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent soft skills for customer service, a strong tech-savvy mindset, and a self-motivated approach to teamwork. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service/support role, you should be customer-focused, adaptable, and proficient in handling multiple platforms.
