Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support representative, your primary responsibility will be to effectively respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels. You will be required to provide accurate information about products, services, and orders while ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issues, complaints, or requests that may arise. It will also be your duty to follow up with customers to guarantee that their concerns are fully addressed and to collect feedback for continuous improvement. In the Vendor Support aspect of the role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors in relation to orders, deliveries, and service issues. Your role will involve coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and maintaining quality assurance standards for the services provided. Additionally, you will be expected to address any concerns raised by vendors and promptly resolve any operational issues that may impact the vendor-customer relationship. A crucial part of this position involves collaboration and reporting. You will be required to identify recurring issues or gaps in the processes and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location will be in person.,
