Customer Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist our clients and ensure they receive timely, accurate, and friendly service. You will handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services.
• Troubleshoot basic issues or escalate to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic computer operations.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, patient, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools or processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
