Role Overview:

Graystone Capital is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality support to our clients based in GCC and Asia. This role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring smooth execution of financial advisory services.

The Customer Support Specialist will handle inbound communications via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp, assisting clients with queries, process guidance, and documentation support. This is an India-based backend role, working closely with GCC and Asia teams.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Support & Communication

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via

    email, phone, and WhatsApp

    .
  • Provide guidance on processes, documentation requirements, and transaction updates.
  • Act as a first point of contact for client support issues.

2. Financial Advisory Assistance

  • Support client interactions related to

    Working Capital, Trade Finance, and Advisory Services

    .
  • Collaborate with regional teams to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Ensure clients have a clear understanding of service offerings and timelines.

3. Documentation & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate client records and support documentation in internal systems.
  • Track client requests, escalations, and resolutions.
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for client interactions and service metrics.

4. Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights to business and operations teams.
  • Suggest improvements in processes, documentation, and client communication.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in additional GCC/Asian languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, patient, and empathetic in handling client queries.
  • Comfortable with email, phone, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of financial products (Working Capital, Trade Finance, Advisory services) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with remote regional teams.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, client services, or financial operations.
  • Prior exposure to financial services or banking support is a strong plus.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Average response time for client queries.
  • Resolution rate and client satisfaction scores.
  • Accuracy of documentation and reporting.
  • Collaboration efficiency with GCC/Asia teams.
