Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. This role involves providing technical and customer assistance for a range of hardware and IT products, including laptops, televisions, display panels, CCTV cameras, and related devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide prompt and professional technical support for hardware and IT products (laptops, TVs, panels, CCTV cameras, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot installation, configuration, performance, and connectivity issues.
  • Guide customers through operational processes and basic maintenance steps.
  • Record and manage customer interactions using CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to technical or service teams when necessary.
  • Coordinate with service centers and field engineers for repairs or replacements.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction achieved.
  • Share recurring issue trends and customer feedback with the product and technical teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in customer support, hardware, or IT product assistance is an advantage — but not a must for enthusiastic learners.
  • Strong interest in technology, electronics, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and electronic devices.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and tools through structured training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
