Customer Support Executive – Fintech Industry

Location:

Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 66, Gurugram (Head Office)

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience:

3–5 Years (Customer Support / Voice Process experience in Fintech Industry mandatory)

Languages Required:

Hindi & English (Fluent verbal and written communication)

Role Overview:

We are hiring an energetic and empathetic Customer Support Executive – Fintech to manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a superior customer experience. The role involves handling financial product–related queries and delivering professional service aligned with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and service requests related to fintech products.
  • Provide accurate product information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and feedback is collected.
  • Achieve defined KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction scores).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile & Skills

  • Graduate (any stream); Finance/Commerce background preferred.
  • 3–5 years of customer support / calling / voice process experience in Fintech or BFSI industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
  • Good knowledge of fintech products, financial terms, and customer handling etiquette.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle high-volume calls.
