  Inbound & Reminder Calling (Versant 3)

• Handle inbound banking queries from customers
• Make outbound reminder calls for payments, updates, or services

IDFC First Bank Sales (X-Sell) (Versant 3/4)

• Promote products like Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Current/Savings Accounts
• Yes Bank Sales (Versant 3)
• Promote and explain products such as YCOP, CVM, RL (Retail Liabilities)

Key Responsibilities

• Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries
• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote banking product
• Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records
• Achieve daily/monthly targets (for sales processes)
• Follow process guidelines and ensure compliance with banking standards
• Deliver excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving
• Eligibility Criteria

HSC or Graduation (Graduates preferred for BOI)

Freshers welcome; experience in voice processes or banking sales is an advantage

Skills:

• Good English-speaking skills
• Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Ability to clear Versant Level 3 or 4 assessment
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Shifts & Week Offs

BOI:Rotational shifts & rotational week offs

IDFC & Yes Bank: Fixed day shifts (9:30 AM 6:30 PM or sales window) & Sunday off
