By providing anytime, anywhere access to analytics and insights, you will assist customers in making better decisions for clean, affordable energy in communities worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide front-line support for software applications via email or web form within organization-level agreements, with the option for phone and virtual screen share. - Document all relevant information related to customer requests systematically. - Educate customers on maximizing the value of our suite of products. - Build strong rapport with customers to drive high satisfaction levels. - Collaborate with team members, actively participate in discussions, and follow department and Enverus processes. - Investigate data and product-related issues, escalating as needed and thoroughly documenting information for resolution. - Deliver client feedback to appropriate teams to enhance product value. - Regular and predictable attendance for the designated shift, including rotating holiday support. **Qualifications Required:** - Enjoy working with people and possess a patient demeanor, comfortable with all demographics. - Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including listening, asking questions, demonstrating empathy, and caring. - Self-disciplined, resourceful, proactive, and productive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work under pressure, think proactively, and handle quick context changes. - Proficiency in resolving conflicts professionally and contributing effectively in team environments. - Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in application support roles or client-facing positions. - Advanced understanding of Microsoft Applications, especially Excel. - Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce and exposure to Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence will be advantageous.
