Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
Laptop: Candidate must have their own laptop

Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 (Depending on skills & experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Support & Inventory Executive (male candidates only) with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, following up with leads, maintaining daily records, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors for stock and customer orders. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and capable of balancing telecalling, customer support, and inventory management tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telecalling & Support
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients, students, and leads.
  • Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns politely and professionally.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email until closure.
  • Maintain and update daily records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the sales, admission, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Explain company services, offers, and programs effectively to potential clients.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and follow-up targets.
  • Inventory & Vendor Coordination
  • Maintain inventory records and update stock availability in the system.
  • Track incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accuracy in records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of stock and supplies.
  • Follow up with vendors regarding purchase orders, pending deliveries, and payments.
  • Monitor customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Report low stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions.
  • Assist in order dispatch, stock checking, and vendor negotiations if required.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and inventory.
  • Support in documentation, data entry, and backend operations.
  • Report work updates and challenges to the manager regularly.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Graduation (mandatory).
  • Candidate must have their own laptop & vehicle
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
  • Minimum 6 months – 1 year of telecalling/support/inventory experience (preferred).
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
  • Ability to handle targets, pressure, and objections positively.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
  • Male candidates only.
  • Immediate joiners only.

Good to Have (Optional Skills)

  • Experience in customer service, or inventory management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong coordination and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for vendor or customer coordination (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
