About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience across phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Work closely with sales, technical, and operations teams.
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets and service-level requirements.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Prior customer service experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
• Fluency in multiple languages (English, Hindi, Telugu, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,054.12 - ₹17,165.75 per month
