About the Role

We’re looking for Technical Customer Support Executives who can help our users get the most out of their websites built with websites.co.in. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries received through Freshdesk, Freshchat, and WhatsApp, ensuring a smooth and delightful experience for every user.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve customer support tickets through Freshdesk, Freshchat, and WhatsApp
Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely responses
Coordinate with internal teams for technical escalations or complex issues
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Keep detailed records of interactions and ensure ticket closure

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of websites, domains, and online tools
Ability to multitask and handle multiple queries efficiently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
