Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support to international clients through phone calls. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Comfortable to Work on US shift. Should be very confident over the call with customer. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with strong communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language. Must have experience in Voice process only. Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours and meet deadlines.
