The role involves handling inbound calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally. You will provide accurate information using appropriate tools to effectively resolve issues. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve customer problems related to products, services, and billing, escalating complex cases when necessary. It is crucial to accurately document all customer interactions in the company's CRM or ticketing system. You will offer guidance on product/service usage and explain company policies to customers while adhering to standard operating procedures and company guidelines to maintain service consistency and quality. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact with customers clearly and empathetically. Maintaining a friendly and positive attitude in every interaction to enhance customer satisfaction is a key aspect of the role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, proficiency in English, and be located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The work location is in person.
