Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
02 years of experience in customer service or support (Freshers are welcome) Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus) Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools Problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
