Remote Customer Support Executive

Working Hours

• Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Sunday
• Weekly Off: One rotational day off per week

Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through chat, WhatsApp, email, and calls as required.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order issues, follow-ups, and escalations.
• Support documentation, entry of complaint data, and tracking resolution timelines.

Required Skills

• Language Proficiency:
• Must be proficient in Hindi and English – both written and spoken.
• Typing Speed:
• Good typing speed is an added advantage.
• Communication:
• Clear and courteous communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Tech Savvy:
• Must be comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and email platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience:
• Prior experience in customer support roles will be preferred.
• Device Requirement:
• Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
• Education:
• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
