Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our customer support vertical. The role involves tracking health test orders, providing timely and accurate information to customers over phone calls, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers and our on-ground agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Tracking & Updates:

Monitor and track customer health test orders through our system to ensure timely delivery and service.

  • Customer Communication (On-Call Support):

Provide accurate and timely updates to customers regarding their test bookings, including expected visit time of health agents/phlebotomists.

  • Appointment Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams and field agents to ensure all health test appointments are honored on time.

  • Query Resolution:

Handle incoming calls and queries from customers related to test procedures, timings, rescheduling, cancellations, and other concerns.

  • Customer Experience:

Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone while communicating, ensuring high customer satisfaction and trust in the brand.

  • Escalation Handling:

Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned teams or higher management promptly.

  • System Updates:

Log and update all customer interactions and order updates in the CRM or relevant tracking system accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and call-handling systems.

A customer-first attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹11,819.24 - ₹15,000.00 per month
