Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Jaipur, for a Customer Support position. The Customer Support representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing technical support, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to upholding Transcom's high standards of customer care.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
