You will be joining Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Ltd. (ARSSBL), a prominent investment bank that offers a wide range of financial services and wealth management solutions. As a Customer Support Officer based in Jodhpur, your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This full-time on-site role entails providing technical support, resolving customer complaints, processing transactions, and assisting customers with digital platforms and investment products. Your success in this role will rely on your exceptional communication skills, as well as your ability to manage and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery continuously. To excel in this position, you should possess strong customer support and service skills, along with the capability to guarantee customer satisfaction. Previous experience in technical support, analytical skills for problem-solving and customer feedback analysis, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and the willingness to work on-site in Jodhpur are essential requirements. While a Bachelor's degree is advantageous, prior experience in the financial services industry will be a plus. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in rotating shifts between 08:00 AM and 11:30 PM for a duration of 9 hours.,
