Customer Support Officer

Work from o2ice Hybrid Requirements and skills: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a product industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer bases. Excellent problem - solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues diplomatically. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast - paced environment. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities. Experience in customer support , preferably in a product - focused environment. Offer timely and accurate technical support to customer s via phone, email, and live chat. Troubleshoot and resolve product - related issues, providing clear and concise instructions to customer s. Collaborate with the product development team to report bugs and suggest improvements based on customer feedback. Maintain up - to - date knowledge of our product features, updates, and changes. Develop and update support documentation and FAQs to assist customer s effectively. Monitor and track customer issues, ensuring they are resolved satisfactorily and on time. Design and update engaging training materials and courses. Conduct product training sessions for various audiences, including staff and clients, using a mix of in - person and digital platforms.
