Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving queries, and supporting business growth through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Act as a bridge between the customer and internal teams
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services where applicable
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus

Experience: 4–8 years in Tele calling role
Languages: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & English
