The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and driving sales through excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide detailed information about our healthcare products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in any field. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
