About the Role:

We are hiring a female Customer Support Manager who is fluent in Tamil, to lead and manage our support team. This role involves supervising support executives, ensuring top-quality service, solving escalated issues, and improving customer satisfaction. The position offers remote work flexibility, with 2 days per week required in the office for team coordination and performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and support the customer support team
• Handle escalated user complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and call quality
• Monitor daily performance metrics (response time, satisfaction, etc.)
• Conduct weekly reviews and share improvement plans
• Collaborate with tech, product, and operations teams
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful support culture

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Fluency in Tamil (English speaking is a plus)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer support or team management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools, dashboards, and support software
• Must be available to work from the office 2 days/week

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience managing voice-based support teams
• Understanding of app-based services or consumer tech platforms
