SUMMARY
Job Opening: International Customer Support Role

Our client, a leading global professional service company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an International Customer Support Representative. This position is based in Vikhroli, Mumbai and requires working from the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone in different time zones
  • Provide professional and positive responses to global clients
  • Adapt to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Apply knowledge of customer service principles and practices


Requirements
Requirements:

  • Graduates or Master's degree holders
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • Upto 6 months of experience(Freshers can also apply)
Note: 2 days of rotational week off and 5 days of working.
