About the Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and curious-minded people to join our team as Customer Support Interns.

• Duration: 3 - 6 months and more
• Stipend: ₹10,000/month
• Full-Time Offer: High-performing interns will be offered a permanent role at Outfy after successful completion.

What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers through chat and email.
• Help merchants navigate Outfy’s features and solve simple issues with confidence.
• Pass on technical problems to our dev team (don’t worry, we’ve got your back!).
• Share feedback and ideas from customers that could make Outfy even better.
• Pitch in with FAQs, guides, and other cool resources to help users succeed.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresher/graduate with excellent English (written + spoken).
• Patient, empathetic, and always willing to help.
• Curious about social media and eCommerce (bonus points if you’ve run an online store or page yourself).
• Quick learner who loves solving problems.
• A team player who’s proactive and positive.
