Role & responsibilities

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (strictly mandatory).
  • Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls daily.
  • Professional attitude and ability to manage multiple conversations.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working in a remote environment.
  • Minimum 6 months of prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 12th pass (mandatory); Graduate preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, MS Excel).
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow clear instructions.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role will be an added advantage.
