Role & responsibilities Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (strictly mandatory). Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls daily. Professional attitude and ability to manage multiple conversations. Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working in a remote environment. Minimum 6 months of prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role. Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 12th pass (mandatory); Graduate preferred. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, MS Excel). Ability to learn quickly and follow clear instructions. Prior experience in a customer-facing role will be an added advantage.
