Job Description

You will be responsible for a full-time Work-From-Home (WFH) role that combines Customer Support and Inside Sales/Business Development. As a customer advocate, you will proactively drive business growth and engage directly with clients in a remote setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Business Development & Sales (Remote Focus)** - Engage in inside sales and marketing activities through phone, video, and digital channels to identify new opportunities, nurture leads, and drive product adoption for Nearwala. - Conduct virtual meetings with clients via video conference to pitch solutions, remotely onboard them, and maintain strong business relationships. - Coordinate with the field sales team remotely, providing essential support and coordination to help them achieve their targets. - Provide operational and sales support to both the Faridabad and Bengaluru offices to meet company goals and initiatives. - **Core Customer Support Duties (Remote Focus)** - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently from your remote workspace. - Provide accurate information about Nearwala's products and services, acting as a product expert. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues remotely, escalating complex problems as needed. - Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system. - Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services. - Proactively address potential customer concerns before escalation. - Stay updated on company policies and operating procedures. **Skills & Qualifications:** **Skills** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi (proficiency in English is a plus). - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Aptitude for sales and negotiation. - Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in a remote working environment. - Active listening and empathy skills. - Organizational and time-management skills for remote work. - Basic Computer skills (MS Office especially MS Excel). - Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). - Prior customer service, sales, or business development experience is beneficial. - Familiarity with the Faridabad market is advantageous. - Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. *Note: This job is Full-time with benefits including cell phone and internet reimbursement, and the option to Work from Home. Language requirements include English, Hindi, Punjabi (Required), and Gujarati, Odia, Bengali (Preferred).*,
