Role Overview: You will be responsible for a full-time Work-From-Home (WFH) role that combines Customer Support and Inside Sales/Business Development. Your main focus will be on being a customer advocate while also driving business growth and engaging directly with clients in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively engage in inside sales and marketing activities to identify new opportunities, nurture leads, and drive product adoption for Nearwala through phone, video, and digital channels. - Conduct virtual meetings with clients via video conference to pitch solutions, remotely onboard them, and maintain strong business relationships. - Coordinate with the field sales team remotely, providing essential support and coordination to help them achieve their targets on the ground. - Provide operational and sales support to both the Faridabad and Bengaluru offices to help achieve various company goals and initiatives. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner, providing immediate assistance from your remote workspace. - Act as a product expert by providing accurate information about Nearwala's products and services. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues remotely, escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed. - Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services. - Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns before they escalate. - Maintain a strong, up-to-date knowledge of company policies and operating procedures. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi (proficiency in English is a plus). - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Demonstrated aptitude for sales and negotiation. - Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in a remote working environment. - Exceptional active listening and empathy skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the discipline required for remote work. - Basic Computer skills (MS Office especially MS Excel). - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). - Prior customer service, sales, or business development experience is a plus. - Familiarity with the Faridabad market is a significant advantage. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
