As a Customer Support & Influencer Collaboration Specialist at Mazikien, a vibrant fashion brand based in Mumbai, your role is crucial in providing exceptional support to valued customers and nurturing successful collaborations with fashion influencers. Your passion for customer engagement will merge seamlessly with the dynamic world of fashion and influencer marketing. The work schedule is from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, with compensation for any additional hours worked, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. In this role, you will: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via various channels such as email, phone, and social media, providing timely and effective support. - Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex matters as needed. - Build and maintain positive relationships with fashion influencers, acting as a key point of contact for collaborations. - Assist in planning, executing, and tracking influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all customer and influencer interactions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, proficiency in customer service software and social media platforms, organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience: Prior experience in customer service or influencer marketing is a plus, but enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for fashion are encouraged to apply. - Education: A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is a plus. - Passion and Commitment: Genuine interest in the fashion industry, a strong commitment to providing excellent customer experiences, and fostering positive influencer relationships are crucial.
