As a Fashion Customer Support & Dispatch Assistant at Mazikien, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, delivering top-notch customer support, and cultivating relationships with our dedicated clientele. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end order dispatch process, collaborating with various teams, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the order dispatch process to ensure accurate and timely delivery. - Coordinate with the production team to ensure dispatch readiness. - Work closely with the PR team, influencers, and celebrities for special dispatches and promotional orders. - Address complex customer queries and issues with empathy and effectiveness. - Identify recurring customer queries and suggest improvements for the AI customer support bot. - Build lasting relationships with customers to enhance community engagement and trust. - Recommend products and services based on customer preferences. - Gather customer feedback for product and service enhancements. - Utilize the backend system proficiently for order processing and management. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order changes.
