Description We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Customer Support team in India. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Skills and Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
