Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via voice calls or emails or chat support. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. Document customer interactions and feedback in the system. Qualifications High school diploma (12th pass) or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English languages. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
