We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through voice, non-voice, or blended processes whatever best suited for them. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via voice calls or emails or chat support. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. Document customer interactions and feedback in the system. Qualifications High school diploma (12th pass) or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English languages. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
